Villa Theodora enjoys a hilltop location and conveniently located to access the crystal clear waters of Cala Moli, Cala Vadella, Cala D'Hort and Cala Tarida. This prime coastal location is resplendent from the impressive entrance opening out to a spacious living room ideally suited for entertaining and family living and a sea view terrace and open-planned modern kitchen. Sliding walls of glass blur indoor and outdoor living and can cater for 10 guests. The dining table outside is partially covered and is on timber decking.

Muted tones of grey, cream and brown blend perfectly with the natural feel of the villa. Beautifully showcased throughout the villa are pieces of Balinese furniture, and every room is curated illustrating the owners love for art. Sonos sound system is in three places around the house (living room, pool and TV projection room).

On the ground floor there is a welcoming courtyard. Next to the courtyard there is a TV Projection room with a HD projector and beanbags. The ground floor has direct access to the pool and garden. The pool is heated and has a pool cover for added child safety. The pool terrace has 10 loungers, a BBQ, basic outdoor kitchen including sink and small refrigerator.

The master bedroom is ensuite with shower and free standing bath and overlooking the patio. The second bedroom is also ensuite with a view over the garden and access to the pool. Bedroom 3 has independent access with sea and opening to the pool. The remaining bedrooms share a bathroom and both have direct pool access. All bedrooms have electric blinds and for added sense of security there is a high-tech alarm system, garden sensors and video surveillance.

2 inflatable paddle boards and 2 inflatable sea kayaks are available to guests.
