Villa Akira is a recently renovated six-bedroom villa that combines tradition and sophistication with modern features. It was designed to maximize the stunning hillside and sea views over Cala Comte and the Cala Tarida bay, where you can experience the mystical powers of the world’s third most magnetic spot: the rocky island of Es Vedra. The villa is furnished with high-end items, from Gervasoni to locally sourced pieces.

The villa consists of three separate living areas, each with its own entrance, ideal for families. The main house has three bedrooms—two large bedrooms and one single/children’s bedroom. The first apartment has two bedrooms, and the second is a large studio apartment, both with their own kitchen and bathroom. All rooms and apartments are air-conditioned.

The garden includes its own fenced woodland area, situated 160 meters above sea level, providing unique sea and sunset views as well as impressive hillside views across the island’s southwest.

The large stone pool area is surrounded by rocky landscapes of cacti and palm trees. There are two covered parking spaces and several other uncovered parking areas.

Two sturdy wooden cribs with organic mattresses and fitted bedding are available upon request. One is suitable for ages six months to two years, and the other from six months to five years. There’s also an inflatable kayak, two paddle boards, and two mountain bikes available for use.
