This convenient and high-end location comes with a high price tag yet remains one of the first areas of the island to be fully rented out in the high season.

The housing stock tends to be new build, modern properties with elevated views towards Dalt Vila and Formentera.

Convenience can be a commodity in Ibiza and Cap Martinet offers easy access without the unsealed caminos and lengthy taxi rides after dinner or clubbing.

Property in this area of the island is mainly an urban classification which means the houses can be large in comparison to the plot size but also means that those wanting full privacy may feel restricted by neighbours.

It is worth asking about construction disturbance in these urban areas. As this area is in the Santa Eulalia municipality there is no moratorium of construction work during the summer.

REASONS TO EXPLORE THIS LOCATION

Not for those that want to be off the beaten track. That being said, we often have clients that initially come to Ibiza for the quiet campo life before settling for benefits of convenience. For clientele with boats or those planning boat days then the close proximity to Marina Botafoch and Ibiza Marina makes the perfect launching pad to get to boat early and arrive back late. The housing stock in this area tends to be of a very high standard with sea views. There is a lot going on in this part of town and the villas are equally accommodating offering a huge array of features and amenities.

Restaurants, Bars, Marinas, Shopping, Clubs all within a short distance from the neighborhood and after a late night it’s easy to get home.

BEACH LIFE

Talamanca is the closest beach and it is an excellent “city beach”. Sheltered on the south by Illa Plana and by S’estanyol towards the north. Talamanca is a wide beach with fantastic board walk which is a delight for early morning joggers, families with baby prams and those with mobility requirements.​

WHERE TO AET​

The beach is loaded with restaurants ranging from the Bohemian Hostal Talamanca and Fish Shack to the highest of the high-end Nobu. Worth noting that although the rustic

offerings are packed with authentic charm they are still coming with a high price tag.​

Cap Martinet has the most vocational rental properties in this area but also worth extending your search to surrounding neighborhoods. The gated communities of Can Rimbau is adjascent to Cap Martinet and Can Furnet is a short distance and both offering 24/7 surveillance and controlled entry.
